Licensed Massage Therapist. A graduate of the Virginia School of Massage, I am certified to practice by the National Certification Board for Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and licensed by the Virginia Department of Health Professions. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and am fully insured. I am trained as a First Responder and Wilderness Rescuer.

Certified Lymphatic Therapist.  In August of 2018, I trained with Carmen Thompson to become a certified lymphedema therapist providing clients with detoxification massage via manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and treat patients with lymphedema and other swelling issues.
Acupressure Master. Unique to my practice, I routinely include acupressure during your massage session. Acupressure often provides immediate relief from acute or chronic pain and enhances any massage modality.    I am a certified G-Jo Acupressure Master.

In 2013, after intensive work experience as a senior massage therapist at the Homestead Resort/Canyon Ranch, I returned to the Charlottesville area to meet the needs of those seeking world-class therapeutic massage services.

Mobile Massage: I also provide professional, mobile therapeutic massage by appointment in the Charlottesville area (city of Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Nelson, Greene and Louisa). Table massage is available in your home, office or hotel suite. Chair massage is available at your place of business, in your office or at your special event.
